INGREDIENTS
350 g of flour.
70 g butter.
2 eggs.
80 ML warm water.
50 g sugar.
100 ML of milk.
1 bag of baking powder.
½ spoon of salt.
50 g of Chamia Papillon with mixed nuts.
2 Spoons of honey.
PREPARATION
Dissolve the yeast in a small amount of water with a pinch of sugar.
Place the flour, sugar and honey in a bowl and blend.
Add the eggs, yeast, milk, water and mix.
Add the soft butter and knead for 10 minutes.
Cover the dough and put in a warm place.
Preheat the oven to 180° and divide the dough into balls.
Take each ball, flatten it and add the equivalent of a spoon of Chamia Papillon with mixed nuts.
Enclose the dumpling then place in a round mold and do the same with the rest of the dough.
Glaze them with egg yolk.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Right out of the oven, drizzle with honey using a brush.
